Billy Hoard is Memphis Contract Packaging’s Chief Executive Officer, having founded the company in January of 1988. He opened this business after 20 years of experience in manufacturing at Schering-Plough, Speer Products, Maybelline, and Lucky Heart Cosmetics. For many years, Billy managed plant-wide operations from compounding to packaging to warehousing, giving him the experience needed to get his own business started and the savvy to eventually grow that business into a multi-million dollar company.

Shannon Hoard Williams is the daughter of Billy Hoard. She joined Memphis Contract Packaging in December, 2004, after gaining experience in both personal and corporate financial advising at such companies as William Howard & Co. Financial Advisors and FedEx. She has an MBA in Finance and Economics from Christian Brothers University in Memphis and serves as Memphis Contract Packaging’s Chief Financial Officer.

Clayton (Toby) Maxey, President of Memphis Contract Packaging, joined the company in January of 2001, bringing over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain and total overall operations from such companies as Schering-Plough, Maybelline, Catalina Swimwear and Autozone. Toby’s work history includes a background in seeing new product ideas to fruition in the market place, including consumer products such as health care, personal care, cosmetics, sun care and toiletries.

Ed Myers joined Memphis Contract Packaging in January, 2003, with over 25 years experience in consumer packaged goods sales and marketing. He has previously held executive level positions with Maybelline Cosmetics, Cleo Wrap, Wang's International, and Yardley of London. As Vice President of Sales of Memphis Contract Packaging’s retail hair care line, Softee Products, Ed brings a background of established relationships and experience with major retailers throughout the United States, having called on virtually all classes of trade including drug, supermarket, discounters, dollar stores, department stores and warehouse clubs, as well as distributors.

John Brown came to Memphis Contract Packaging in 1998 from Speer Products with a background in the regulated EPA and FDA industries. He brings broad experience in surface disinfectants to topical and internal drug products. As Executive Vice President of Operations, he directs a trained staff of managers and technicians to both produce and create new products and control the quality of the finished goods in our manufacturing plant. John manages internal quality systems in a manner that is superior in the field of personal care and typical of those found in the pharmaceutical industry.

Memphis Contract Packaging was founded in 1988 with a commitment to quality manufacturing and exceptional service.

Located in Somerville, TN, MCP houses two acres under one roof. MCP is registered with the Food and Drug Administration as an OTC drug manufacturer, and operate its facility in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

MCP specializes in hot-blended creams, lotions and ointments. We have our own brand of internationally distributed hair care products.
